23 Jan 2022/ Malaysia #PeerRecommendation #Influencer #KOL #ZALORA Brands have been using celebrities endorsement since the mass media has occurred. However, social media was changing the game. Peer recommendation became a more powerful marketing tool. Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) or Influencers on social media could help brands reach audiences more precisely than traditional mass media. Also, brands (like ZALORA) would commission sales to the influencers as a reward, leading a positive sales loop in the community.
