As our group project's website is introducing about Brand Trust, so we made a chatbot to simulate an online store.
If the visitors get any problems or enquires, they can click to the chatbot to start the AI conversation.
We are using Tidio to do our chatbot, as it is compatible to wix.com (our website domain).
Once the visitor clicks the "enquires" button on the bottom right, the conversation starts.
The AI responder will ask if you have questions on Brand Trust. Once the visitor click "yes", 6 different categories of question will pop out.
When the visitor clicks either one of six categories, some informations of that category will show.
After it, the system will ask that "Is it helpful for your enquires?" and "Do you have any other questions about Brand Trust?"
At last, we will say thank you to those using our chatbot.
