16 Jan 2022/ Hong Kong / world wide #Reviews #Reputations #UserGeneratedContent Online shopping is a rising trend in the global market, as the COVID-19 pandemic changed the living behaviour of people. People became more reliant on e-commerce, like Amazon, Taobao or even Foodpanda in Hong Kong. Since online shopping cannot test the product before buying, consumers tend to look for online reviews to build trust. Online reviews have become an indicator in e-commerce. Shopping platforms that provide a trustable reputation system from accumulating reviews would benefit sellers and consumers. Reference :
