EXPECTATION
The online media industry is growing rapidly. We, not just a user of the computer, so we need to focus on how the industry grows, what is the new technology comes up, why is the online media important.
In this course, I expect to learn more about the online marketing, to improve my own online business.
WHAT HAVE I LEARNT?
In this first week, we have learnt about the Web 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0. Before that, I didn't know about the structure of the computer, even the rom and the ram.
Structure of Web 1.0:
Type in an address to the internet
Show you some resource from the server
Web 1.0 is an one-way communication.
e.g. You type some keywords to Google, Google will show some result base of what had you typed in.
Structure of Web 2.0:
Everyone could provide resource/ content to the server
More important: User generated content
Web 2.0 is more interactive.
e.g. Social Media like Facebook and Twitter could share your own status, your friends can leave some comments and reactions to your feed.
Structure of Web 3.0:
VR - Virtual Reality
AR - Augmented Reality
MR - Mixed Reality
Decentralisation
e.g. A virtual car dashboard in a real universe
